Happy Nutrition Labels

WhooHoo! A nutrition label that demonstrates the ideal:
Indgredients: basmati rice, chick peas, water, onions, tomatoes, canola oil, corn starch, almonds, vegetable base/sauce (sauteed carrot, onion, and celery, sugar, salt, corn oil, potato flour, carrot powder), spices (including tumeric), salt, ginger, garlic.

Notice anything? It's all stuff you would cook with if you were actually cooking (except for the carrot powder - which you could cook with if you wanted to)! But - it's a frozen meal. Which was tasty and cheap (whole kitchen chana masala, <$4.00). This is what prepared foods should be like.
